Thank you for shopping with Tacos Papi Grande. We take pride in our Lock and Load Birria Kits, Season All seasoning, and Tacos Papi Grande merchandise. If there is ever an issue with your order, we are happy to help.

Food Products

Due to food safety regulations, our Lock and Load Birria Kits and Season All seasoning cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Please include your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise such as shirts and beanies may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
